  The lunch was great, healthy. Had the cup of soup and sandwich special plus I added a side of fruit. Service was amazing. Tho it felt like I was in a scene from one of Mel Gibson's movies, "What women want". I've never been in a Tea room before. *****

  Literally the worst customer service ever. I called them twice with information for a possible bridal shower. They were quite nice to talk with, so I gave them my name and number. I also told them that we would be coming to visit on Saturday. When we got there an older blonde women meet us at the front. She was very rude. We just wanted them to give us some info, and she just stared at us like we were in the way. She basically just told us to go walk around ourselves, and she went back to her work. We barely looked around because we didn't know where to go, and we felt like we were impeding on the staff. No one helped us, no one tried to make us feel at home, and no one cared. I went back to the front desk and told another women that they just lost a sale because of the rudeness of the staff. All she said to me was, "well, we don't give tours on Saturdays," and she became very defensive. All in all, horrible, pretentious, and hateful staff.
